Taking a patient-centred approach, this event will bring together experts to consider the challenges of patient safety in paediatrics. We will explore human behaviours that influence safety in healthcare as well as ways to improve safety for children and young people.

We will also discuss ways to support patients, families and colleagues when things go wrong and how we can learn from these events.
