Consultant Paediatric Surgeon, Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow

This is a full time (10PA) post based at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow. We are seeking a dynamic candidate who will further develop our elective delivery of paediatric surgery including outreach services. The candidate would also be expected to support the department’s many emergency responsibilities, this may include ECLS.

Applicants should have full GMC registration, a licence to practice, MB ChB or equivalent and eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist Register. Those trained in the UK should have evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT in Paediatric Surgery or eligibility for specialist registration (CESR,) or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from date of Interview. Non-UK applicants must demonstrate equivalent training.
