Rhe Adult (QEHB) and Paediatric (BCH) Liver Transplant Teams would like you to join us to celebrate this enormous achievement. It is also an opportunity to catch up with staff from the Paediatric and Adult Liver Transplant teams, other patients and their families and enjoying some food and entertainment.
There will be brief talks by some of the health professionals who were or still are involved in your care.
Morning and afternoon talks are similar allowing you to choose when to arrive at the venue and which session to attend.
